Thankfully there was no rain this weekend and it was an early morning kick off at Heffron Park for a change.

After two defeats in a row moral was surprisingly high after Fridays session at the dogs. Chris Neale appeared to be all recovered however still seemed to speak in a strange Irish accent for some reason and after his off field indiscretions he was taking a rest from the captaincy and Dan took over.

The game started and Bufc were running the show. Bufc were all over them and 25mins in mac delivers a perfect cross onto Adams head who glides it in to the back of the net – get in there 1-0. Glebe seemed to wake up a bit then and replied soon after via one of the blokes who plays up front. Soon after Neil baker gets injured for a change and strolls of disgusted for the 3rd week in a row gets into his car and goes home.

The match became was quite close heading to half time but Bufc scored just befoe the break via a beautiful pin point cross to Mark t who slots in in the back of the net. eeeeeeasssssssssy 2-1 at half time.

Sean still called us all sh@t At half time however the mood was good as the second half began . The game was close and 10 mins in Chris “ frank carson “ neale gets caught out for pace and mistimes a challenge to give the ******* a peno. The **** ** ** **** takes the ball and slots it in to the back of the net 2-2. The gaffa decides to freshen the midfield up with Brookesy coming on for his first game of the year and new dad Ian taking the pitch to spice the match up. Tackles were flying in everywhere and Ian accidentally makes contact in the head with one of the **** ***** **** **** **** . Handbags started however ref took control (i think) and play continued with Bufc having a few chances with Dan unlucky striking the cross bar via Adams head

Soon after Dan goes down injured and Ian knocks the ball out of play. The Glebe ***** tells Adam he will throw the ball to him so he can kick it back to their keeper however the ****** throws the ball to his player who passes to one of his ***** mates who scores . What a ***** ****** * *****. The ref couldn’t do anything and the goal stands. Play continued with Bufc had a few chances but it was not to be and play finished.
